It is a known fact that the special tooling designed by various engine manufacturers are exclusively for field/depot level overhaul facilities which are regardless from being OEM or MRO in this sector.

Over the years, iTECS is an independent maintenance service provider for aero-derivative and industrial gas turbines and our specialized design engineers have high standards when it comes to perform a high quality work for the right tooling. Our engineering brings vast knowledge of engine tooling, and a deep understanding of our customer’s budgetary challenges. Supporting our customers by customizing their tooling solutions for their unique requirements and needs is the key for their smooth and safe operations. So that’s why our job is dedicated long before submitting our proposals and extended long after delivery of goods.

The dedicated tooling for gas turbines such as aero-derivative, industrial or aviation engines maintenance dollies, engine transport containers, lifting beams, hot section/hot gas path exchange and depot level tooling is developed for our customers to support them in doing their outstanding work.
