Improvements & Upgrades

iTECS engineering department follows the latest developments in industry and OEM to improve the flexibility, performance and reliability of existing power plants and associated plant equipment. The experienced engineering and control system department work with customers to evaluate changing requirements and manage improvement &upgrade projects for providing more efficient, more flexible and more controllable power plant to customer.

In order to increase the performance (as efficiency and output) and reliability of the power plants, iTECS engineering team propose solutions for power enhancements such as engine inlet cooling systems (Chiller, Evaporative Cooling), Enhanced Sprint system etc. and anti-Icing systems for safe operations. All design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning of the systems for such enhancement projects are executed by iTECS.

Upgrades such as sprint, fuel conversation (from liquid to gas, from gas to liquid) for power plants to make them flexible according to existing market conditions are also performed as in-house capability.

Moreover, iTECS designs, installs, modifies the Remote Monitoring and Health Monitoring systems in order to monitor the equipments and power plant conditions in real-time and archieve datas. In case of any alarm, shut-down, this system generates the automatic messages and send to key personel of O&M teams informing them for such failures and to take a necessary actions to correct the problems as quick as possible. Such systems help Owners to minimize the down-time and maintenance costs through early detection and correction of potential malfunctions. The design, upgrade and maintenance of DCS is also performed by iTECS.
